These Website Terms are an agreement between you and Harvey ("Harvey," "we," "us," or "our"). By using hiharvey.com, you agree to use the site lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you submit information for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
The public site is intended for adults evaluating or participating in Harvey's school and workforce-connection services. It is not directed to children, and it is not a substitute for the Harvey app terms that apply after an organization or user receives app access.
2. Site content and blog
Harvey owns or licenses the site design, text, graphics, logos, blog content, and other materials on the site. You may view and share public links for personal or internal business evaluation, but you may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, or create derivative services from the site without permission.
Blog posts and other educational content are provided for general information. They may be generated or assisted by technology and may not be complete, current, or suitable for your circumstances. Do not treat them as legal, financial, employment, education, or safety advice.
3. Forms and requests
When you complete a form, request a demonstration, join a waitlist, or ask to access Harvey, you agree to provide accurate information and to let Harvey use it to respond, provide the requested service, prevent abuse, and maintain records of the request.
4. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the site, probe or bypass security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, harvest information, submit unlawful material, or use the site to send deceptive or abusive communications. We may block access or remove submitted material when reasonably necessary to protect the site, users, or others.
5. Links and third parties
The site may link to third-party services or resources. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Harvey does not control or endorse third-party availability, content, or security.
6. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how information collected through the site is handled. If you ask us to contact you, you may receive service or marketing communications related to your request. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Harvey does not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harvey will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Questions or legal notices may be sent to hello@hiharvey.com. Use of the Harvey app is governed by the separate App Terms.
